Nezavisna Svetlost, weekly from Kragujevac
Dear Sirs,
We are informing you that, according to decision of the Higer Economic Court in
Belgrade and Economic Court in Kragujevac, changes of status of Journalistic, Publishing
Company "Svetlost" from 4. September 1995 have been erased,because of illegal
decisions of SPS authorities and our company got back its status, property and workers.
According to these decisions, workers of the "JAVNOST" company, who have founded
that company after the police expelled them, are coming back to the
Journalistic,Publishing Company "Svetlost" with all rights taken away from them
illegally.
Since they have moved back, we are sending data so that we could communicate in future.
